/// MESSAGEINCOMING: Gallente Medical Mail Systems > Dr Soo Chi | The Bene Gesserit Chapterhouse

Greetings Fellow Mortal!

Allow me to introduce myself - I am Doctor Soo Chi (pronounced 'Chee').

I am a reknowned physician, philanthropist and scientist. You've heard of me, of course.

Although my experience in my areas of specific expertise is vast and littered with achievements and disgrace in equal measure, I am relatively novice now that I've been rightfully re-elevated to Capsuleer status. I'm currently using a number of recruitment services to sound out the possibilities of future meaningful employment and your corporation came up as an option, albeit a somewhat out there option for a man of my unshakeable breeding.

So in this instance, I'm looking for more information on the makeup and activities of your corporation and any vacant slots for maniacal scientists that you might have. I have a number of unfortunate habits to support and so require a package that will leave me meaningfully occupied in the near future.

Perhaps we can have a chat? I can think of a particularly salubrious facility in the nearest station. Mine's a Gin & Tonic, and watch the barman - he's a dreadful flirt.

Speak soon.

Doctor Soo.

Psychological Profile for Doctor Soo
by Sarkyn Demaris (Gallente Psychological consultant on Pod death and Capsuleer trauma).

Doctor Soo Chi was selected as a capsuleer 8 years ago during the infamous and buggy "first launch" of capsuleers. A series of bad experiences and clones of dubious stability left the doctor stunned and reeling and ultimately caused him to leave the Capsuleer Project altogether and pursue other interests.

In the interim, he has completed medical and pharmaceutical qualifications in an attempt to self-diagnose and cure the mental instabilities brought about by the fractured mental state of his first pod death and reawakening in a clone.

While Doctor Soo's tendency to self-medicate should be discouraged, after 8 years he has been approved for a return to full capsuleer status.

Due to the traumatic nature of the re-cloning, his skill repertoire and automated learning was largely lost. He has declared his intention to "start again" and seems intent to follow this path. Perhaps his ultimate redemption and a new sense of self worth can be found amongst the stars.

Perhaps also, his next pod death and reawakening will give him greater mental stability. There is also a distinct possibility that a second traumatic experience of this kind would leave him permanently unhinged.

To any future employers, I recommend Doctor Soo for a wide variety tasks and roles. His intellect, attention to detail and incredible ability to focus on singular tasks should not be doubted. If a Corporation were able to effectively harness this, he would be an asset of incomparable value.

While he has not yet chosen a specific capsuleer vocation, he is currently showing an aptitude for all of them, as he embraces a diverse range of skills prior to choosing an area of specialty.

Sincere Salutations.

It has come to my attention that one of my Patients - a Gallente called Soo Chi - has applied for work within your corporation, and that his application shows all signs of being successful.

At this point in his recovery, I am not permitted to allow Doctor Chee out of my direct supervision.

He is effectively a ward in my care, and I cannot release him to you.

I hope you realise, we don't do this lightly. In the past, whenever he has been permitted to escape the direct supervision of medical staff, he has tended to go on destructive and potentially hazardous binges.

So, while I do not wish to disconcert you, or to cause you to deviate from the path of employing Doctor Soo, I must insist at this juncture that you allow me to accompany him into your employment.

I'll not take up much space, and where possible will assist your guild in any manner. I include my own medical and historical CV as a reference.

Regards.
