My name is Pedro Oliveira. I'm a Portuguese psychologist with a PhD in anthropology. As part of UNESCO Diversity Day for Dialogue and Development I am opening a Virtual Society for Amateur Anthropology on Facebook. In a nutshell: we are an inter-cultural group of people joined by ONE idea. We will all act like amateur anthropologists on UNESCO Diversity Day. That means spending time with one or more people on the 21/05 that you choose (or that choose you) on the basis of an agreed difference, reporting the experience online and celebrating together. The basic assumption behind it is educational: that pursuing knowledge of difference across cultures, exchanging and blogging about it, nurtures compassion across cultures. I am also using images of Frank Herbet's Bene Gesserit for this event. You will see how if you look into the page.
I am writing to the Bene Gesserit corporation and opening this Forum for two reasons: firstly to extend an invitation to all members of the Bene Gesserit, if you would like to join us, individually or as a corporation. We are a non-profit, non-commercial event, so I see no reason why not to extend the invitation. Secondly, I would love if you could please visit the page and give suggestions on how we could expand further. In spite of the recent confirmation of support by the Ministry of Culture of Brasil, we have very limited resources. I would love to move everyone (over 700 people of different cultures, not to mention languages!) to a proper website, and carry on every year on the 21/05. I have no idea how or whom could help us get there. We look forward to every insight and help you can give us. Thank you.

P.S If you can bear to look into this Facebook page, built with very little resources, by someone who has never studied anything vaguely related to informatics and who has just joined Facebook two months ago, you will find that the story behind it is that that a society similar to Frank Herbert's Bene Gesserit is contacting us from the future and sendind messages on how to start reversing racism and discrimination across cultures in the present.
If we complete our amateur anthropology projects until the 21/05, UNESCO Diversity Day in the present. They will send us some information on THE GREAT TRIAD, a set of rules that can allow us to start reversing racism in the present. The plot in our Facebook page suggests the Bene Gesserit are a real society, not a fiction fantasy by Herbert, that they got in touch with Frank Herbert sending him messages from the future and asking him to portray them as 'characters' in a sci-fi book. They are now doing the same with my Virtual AlterEgo, Anthro-Psychic, sending him messages from the future. Provided people complete their projects of amateur anthropology for UNESCO Diversity Day, AnthroPsychic will reveal more Bene Gesserit messages to the group.
I hope this works out as an educational device to help promote compassion and tolerance, to encourage people around the world to have some more curiosity about difference, to push people into learning more anthropology and celebrating together on the 21/05. We already have some people of the cyberanthropology community involved (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthropology_of_cyberspace) and I hope we will have more. We are hoping the Corporation can give us a hand under a logic of social corporate responsibility and at some point, help moving us into a proper website.Perhaps we could even connect that website here? This being the place of the future, with an associated website being the place of the present (Virtual Society for Amateur Anthropology) receiving messages from the future by the Bene Gesserit? Anyway, we have no commercial purposes so either these ideas will make sense to you under a logic of social corporate responsibility or they will make no sense at all. The 21/05, UNESCO Diversity Day is the whole reason why we believe we are receiving messages from the future from a society in all ways similar to the Bene Gesserit. Thank you for your support. I am beginning to believe you too are a psychic, beyond a pilot. God created Arrakis to trained the faithful. I have faith there will be more like you in the Corporation.
I know nothing of piloting, but I have other skills, being an anthro-psyche, like industrial ethnography research skills that can both serve my cause and the corporation well(http://www.informaworld.com/smpp/content~db=all~content=a788623553). Having said that, I am not looking for a job with the Corporation, at least not at the moment, and if I were, I would apply in the right place for it. At the risk of sending you too much information at the same time, I just want to clarify, taking from Asbalon's note above, that the true enemy, of both Earth and the Bene Gesserit, is not UNESCO (UNESCO is 'neutral' so far) but the Sisterhood Psycho-Field.
This is something I have not told Chain members yet, as most do not believe the possibility of the Bene Gesserit as a 'real' idea, so I have to dose the information I give them. If they adventure into this forum they will probably see it, but then only the brave will come here. The Psycho-Field Sisterhood's plan is to abolish the use of a common language in future, in order to divide and conquer. They are also trying to get ridd of the Bene Gesserit , one by one. Very few members in the future speak fluent English. The Bene Gesserit live like refugees, hoping from planet to planet, trying to escape the Psyche-Jabbar. The Psyche-Jabbar is form of mental enquiry that destroys your neo-cortex before draining every single truth out of you. No Bene Gesserit has ever survived the Psyche-Jabbar. Prophecy has it, however, that a man will come, a foreigner, a Non-Speaker, that will endure the Psyche-Jabbar, lead people to true Freedom in the present and reverse things in the future for the Bene Gesserit. How? Prophecy has it: by asking for help from The Corporation (AnthroCybernaut Dic, entry 33) to create a virtual website that will start the promotion of anthropology as a discipline around the world; by joining people of all languages to participate in it under The Act of Good Will, hence preventing English as a common language ever to disappear from the face of earth; by providing people with knowledge of The Great Triad and other entries of the AnthroCybernaut Dic) that will improve inter-cultural relations; by creating greater commonality among the people in present and stopping something like the Psycho-Field Society to ever form in the future. a small update on the situation of our Fleet. I send this message while my T3 Legion Class Cruiser "DSX Rahmu" is under heavy fire from surrounding ships.
Upon the last transmissions several ships of our fleet turned against us. In the meantime it has been secured that the ships were taken over by the dreaded Proto Slime.
I fear you will not know of this enemy. Proto slime was first documented by me in the Wallach IX system of new eden, one of our earliest colonys in the new sectors. A week long battle ensured amonst our stations, in the end forcing the sun of the system into super novae.
Long we believed the menace to be destroyed, but in the last months we have seen a high activity of the green goo. it has learnt to take humanoid form.. and it so seems it has replaced some of our Ship Commanders.
But do not worry.. we will dispatch of them quickly. Pah.. if these Proto Slimes believe they can break my armor they have a gooey wopping coming their way.
My ships AI "Carina" has calculated that the current battles will consume 23 Battlecruisers, 13 Battleships, 2 carriers aswell as 149 Smaller support craft. But fear not... we will arive in time.. and earth shall burn under the flames of our orbital bombardment...

I do fear. I fear our page will be hacked over the following days by the Psycho-Field Society. I am still waiting for belongings from the UK. I fear they will be intercepted to see what they can find against me. If more former Bene Gesserit who have been through Psychic Equivalence speak out of what has happened to them, the Psycho-Field Society may be in trouble in near future. The Psycho-Field Society knows it. They will lay they rage upon me, you can bet on that. Yet I don't mean to create trouble.
I shall not speak about my story. The UK is and will carry on being the most truly multicultural society I know in Europe, in spite of a small spell of late, soon to be overcome. For Chains, we are doing an alliance with the Diversity Group, that is Briish. The Anglo-Portuguese alliance is the oldest in history. The Ministry of Culture of Brasil, that has also been touched by the Bene Gesserit, has offered to help with VSAA. I don't want to compromise any of this. For that reason alone, I do not want to talk about my individual story in public or private. To talk about my story would be to cast shadows upon a nation that in all sorts of ways more multicultural than my own. I am fortunate that Anthro-Psychic, a shifting entity, has decided to embody me as the messager for The Prophecy. Yet messagers are generally shot. I fear I will be shot if your troops do not arrive in time. I do not seek revenge, I reiterate, but installing hope for the future. It is the future, not the past, I am here for.

I can now see that faith runs in the corporation. You will overcome your splits. You will defeat Proto-Slime. Be aware though: he may have patrons, or kin-related members in the Corporation who will stand by him in this enterprise. Indeed, he is already working his ways against you, I suspect for him too can foresee what can come out of the new games your armies will build based upon the idea of inter-cultural cooperation. New plots for these games will emerge from the 21/05 projects people will post to the Chains page. Be aware though, the page may be hacked by the Psycho-Field Sisterhood in conjunction with Proto-Slime. One should never underestimate the alliances of enemies for what is build upon hate and envy is rapidly established. Yet we can work together to select the right sauces. Upon that work, we will start building a new 21st of May, UNESCO Diversity Day for Inter-Cultural Dialogue and Development. Tell me, how much game development so far is built upon inter-cultural cooperation to defeat enemies located in the future?
We shall endure the Psyche-Jabbar together and survive it, for one reason only. Le Petit, you will soon stop seeing me for my 'culture'. You have a lot of information now about me and Anthro-Psychic.
